We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible across the UAE. Below are our shipping options, rates, and policies.

2. Delivery Options & Charges

Standard Delivery

  • Availability: All over UAE except remote areas
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered within 7 days
  • Weight Limit: Up to 5kg
  • Shipping Fee: 18 AED

Next-Day Delivery

  • Availability: All over UAE except remote areas
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day
  • Weight Limit: Up to 5kg
  • Shipping Fee: 18 AED

Same-Day Delivery

  • Availability: All over UAE except remote areas
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:30 AM will be delivered the same day
  • Shipping Fee: 29 AED

Remote Areas & Abu Dhabi Western Region

  • Delivery Schedule: Twice a week

Other Gulf countries

  • Coverage: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman
  • Delivery Days: Once a week
  • Fee: 65 AED

3. Important Notes

  • Deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Remote areas may have longer delivery times due to accessibility.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  • If an order exceeds 5kg, additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to exchange or return items purchased on www.wabiks.ae within 15 days of receipt.

All products must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. If you choose to exchange or return a product, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the exchange. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost items during the return process.

Customized orders cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?

Ssend us the product by following these steps:

  1. Send us an email at hello@wabiks.ae stating the reason for your return (size change, style, etc.). Please specify the alternative product, including the number of items and size (Keep in mind that exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value).
  2. Ship your items in the original packaging with the tag intact.
    Once we receive your return, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs, and you are responsible for any lost items during shipping. That’s why we highly recommend certified or tracked shipping.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, we are not responsible for lost items during the return process.

Let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to notify the shipping carrier. If the order cannot be delivered due to this error and is returned to us, we will automatically issue a refund, deducting the shipping and return costs.
